Flexibility Training – 30 minutesFlexibility training is perhaps the most undervalued component of fitness. In general terms, flexibility has been defined as the range of motion about a joint and its surrounding muscles when resting. Lifestyle Nutrition Coach – 1 hour 30 minutesLearn how to make nutritional lifestyle changes that will enhance your health and state of wellbeing.Each session is unique to your needs at the present moment whether that may be to learn about sugar and all its hidden sources, understanding what portions you should be eating, how to increase your energy levels, enhance memory or how to enhance sleep with nutrition. This is not a session that teaches the latest fad diet but rather how to make small changes in your lifestyle that has a big impact on your life.
