Daily Wellness Activities
We have assembled an innovative array of wellness activities designed to complement your holistic spa experience. From unique Music Therapy sessions featuring pre-Columbian instruments to sunrise yoga in an outdoor palapa on the edge of the ocean or even beachside fitness activities, our roster of wellness activities changes monthly.
Lectures, activities and classes take place either indoors or outdoors taking advantage of breathtaking views of the ocean or the serene setting of tranquil garden areas. Whether your goal is to have fun, explore something new, get fit, lose weight, improve sleep, or detoxify, there is something for everyone.
Most classes are geared to all fitness levels and ages. To complement traditional classes, the wellness team has also developed a unique program with a special focus on those activities that are more restorative by nature and focus on enhancing quality of life and longevity.
Private sessions are available for all activities.
