Elevate members will now earn double points for eligible stays at One&Only Palmilla through 18 December 2012.
One&Only Palmilla and Virgin America Programme Terms and Conditions:
Elevate points are the reward currency of the Virgin America Elevate programme. Elevate points can be earned by Elevate member, staying at One&Only Palmilla, on accommodation as specified by Kerzner International. An Elevate member must be staying at the resort to earn Elevate Points.
Eligible to earn points during an accommodation stay
Room rates publicly available via One&Only Palmilla Website, or booked through One&Only Palmilla Reservations office directly.
Not eligible to earn points during an accommodation stay
Reservations made via an individual Wholesale/Tour Operator are not considered eligible. Other non–eligible rates are defined as airline crew rates, travel industry employee rates, group bookings, Conference and Incentives events, Government, Special Discounted stays, Discounted Long stays, Banquets, Club Membership fees, Gift Vouchers, One&Only Resorts - Employee rates, Barter, and Complimentary. Incidental Charges Food, beverages, telephone calls, laundry charges and spa spends when charged to room bill, visit visas, paid out charges, authority fees, service charges, medical fees, conference and banqueting functions.
The number of Elevate points awarded is based upon the room type booked and paid for, even if a different room type is provided. A member staying at One&Only Palmilla will receive 2 Miles for every $ 1USD spent on eligible transactions for stays through 18 December 2012. Elevate members who have not paid the eligible rate will not earn points on the room tariff.
Elevate points can be earned by the Member on additional rooms booked if (i) the Member is staying at One&Only Palmilla at the same time; and (ii) all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member's name; and (iii) the Member pays for all rooms. Any applicable benefits for Elevate members are applicable to the guest room accommodating the Member only.
Elevate points are earned on the net amount excluding authority fees and applicable service charges and after any discount has been applied to the bill.
Members must present a valid Elevate member number at the time of check-in to earn Elevate points.
Elevate points will be credited to the Member's Account only after payment in full is made for the qualifying stay.
Receipts should be retained as proof of spend until Elevate points appear on the Member's statement. Receipts must be presented for a retroactive claim.
If the Member wishes to claim an adjustment to the number of Elevate points awarded or, a retroactive claim, the Member must do so within six months of the date of transaction, by sending written details to the Virgin America office, with a copy of the bill, if available, for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Elevate points.
Elevate members may not earn points with any other frequent flyer or loyalty scheme for the same stay. Elevate points may not be combined with or transferred to any other loyalty scheme.
Elevate points are awarded at a rate of 2 points per $1USD on all One&Only Palmilla stays until 18 December 2012 and 1 point per $1USD thereafter. If applicable, all calculations are made from Mexican Pesos into USD (United States Dollar) at the prevailing exchange rate.
One&Only Palmilla reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, along with the available benefits structure at any time, with no advance notice.
