One&Only Palmilla will play host to its second annual Mexican Culinary Festival November 7-11, 2012 featuring the best talent in Mexican Chefs and wineries from the Guadalupe Valley. Last year, the mouthwatering weekend showcased the Mexico City talents of celebrity chefs Enrique Olveda from Pujol, Daniel Ovadía from Paxia and Edgar Nunez from Sud777.

Featuring golf celebrity Lorena Ochoa, Los Cabos is proud to host the upcoming Cabo Celebrity Golf Invitational on April 26-29, 2012. One&Only Palmilla will be hosting the Golf Pros at a VIP Cocktail Event on April 26 from 6-8PM at the resort’s Chapel Terrace along with a cooking class at the Herb Garden led by Chef Larbi on April 28 from 11-1PM.

As part of its extensive $90 Million rebuilding and expansion in February 2004, One&Only Palmilla resort opened Agua, an open-air, palapa-style restaurant. Serving a richly flavorful hybrid of Mediterranean fare with native Mexican influences dubbed “Mexiterranean,” Agua is the creation of Executive Chef Larbi Dahrouch and offers a more casual alternative to Market, the resort’s signature restaurant overseen by renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
