Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten brings his internationally renowned signature culinary style to a brand-new steakhouse at One&Only Palmilla. SEARED in collaboration with Jean-Georges Vongerichten, showcases a selection of the finest steaks, as well as the freshest Pacific seafood, accompanied by delicious sauces, side dishes and the country’s most complete wine list.
A new glass-walled meat cellar features 15 different cuts of the finest meats from around the world - from Rib Eyes and Tenderloins to Wagyu A5 certified and Kobe beef. Local spiny lobsters and whole red snapper perfect for the grill are complemented by chilled seafood, Hamachi sashimi with Yuzu dressing and beef Carpaccio with black truffle fritters. Guests will be blown away with the vast array of flavours and choice.
Designed by Jeffrey Beers International, the new SEARED restaurant offers a smart and comfortable elegance accented by original Mexican touches of tawny marble, amber chandeliers, and Aztec geometric marble floors. Guests can also dine al fresco on the restaurant’s new expansive ocean-facing terrace.
